Wind Busters

Our team is from Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. We are from Ravenscroft, and are in the 5-8 age category. We are Mehmet and Zach and we are in 7th grade. We go to Ravenscroft in Raleigh and we are taking Engineering I. To learn about wind turbines, we learn a little about wind turbines and then we researched. We researched how to make wind turbines efficient. We researched how drag affects the power and how to reduce drag. Designing wind turbines are important because it allows cleaner energy. This cleaner energy doesn’t pollute the atmosphere like fossil fuels do.
