Provide your students with hands-on experience assembling and disassembling a fully functional fuel cell. Great for understanding the parts of a fuel cell, how PEM fuel cells are designed and parameters affecting their performance. Can be used for demonstration purposes, as well as experimentation. For example, investigate the effects of platinum (Pt) on fuel cell performance by comparing the two different membranes included in the kit (0.1 mg Pt/cm2  and 0.3 mg Pt/cm2).
