Do you guarantee your products?

We guarantee our products %100 for 2 years. If something breaks in the normal wear and tear of the classroom, demonstration, or science project, please contact us. We will either replace it or repair the item as fast as we possibly can.

If you are are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase (for whatever reason), return the product to the address in question 1, and include your name, order number, and the reason why you wished to return your product.

If your box contains missing or wrong items, give us a call and we will express mail you the correct items.

Do you accept returns?

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! Be advised that your country may charge additional duty and tax when your shipment arrives.
