In 2005, KidWind held a teacher workshop at the Laker School in Pigeon, MI sponsored by Noble Environmental Power. The Laker School is a unique educational institution located near a Nobel wind farm. The Laker School has been working to train teachers and students
in wind power technologies and has even installed three wind turbines on site to power their school. View details at energy-now.com or listen to the NPR story.
