| KidWind Philosophy
We pride ourselves on the wide range of our educational work, from helping a fifth grader troubleshoot a homemade wind turbine to working with major industry partners toward developing regional training programs that impact hundreds of teachers. While we sell products, we were not put on this planet to pack boxes. We strongly believe in building a diverse community of teachers to improve science education through inquiry based learning. We create affordable "classroom ready" materials to make these experiences interesting and engaging for students. Our business model is based on open source curriculum development. All of our print materials are freely downloadable from our website. We also believe that our clear, comprehensive, and precise documentation and customer support differentiate us from other vendors. |
